Our Kitchens
We are a group of Spanish and Portuguese companies with an international outreach. Our kitchens (eight production centers) are located in the Iberian Peninsula (Spain and Portugal), from where we export to more than fifty countries around the world.
The Aneto factory is in Artés (Barcelona). It opened 40 years ago and was initially used to produce cured hams and meats, gaining a prestigious reputation. It currently produces a Natural broth, identical to the one you would make at home. Offering the Spanish market a traditional broth with 100% natural ingredients in a pot and letting them simmer over low heat for three hours. The only difference is the size of the pot, because the process itself is the same.
The Manlleu factory specializes in the production of patés and spreadable products for bread. It opened in June 2003, and it could well be one of the main production centers in the world for this type of product.
Located in Riudarenes (Girona), it opened in 1972, when it began its long journey in the production of pastry products and Granja San Francisco honey. Ever since, it has kept working and improving to continue to delight the thousands of families that consume its products every day.
The plant in Villarejo de Salvanés (Madrid) opened in 1968 by Juan Gómez Cuétara, and became what was, at the time, the most important cookie factory in Spain. The iconic products of the Cuétara brand are made here. It is a complex that hosts an innovative production center, but that has maintained a strong cookie-making tradition throughout the years.
The Reinosa industrial complex is in Cantabria, in the Campoo-Los Valles region. It opened in 1951, and was the first CUÉTARA cookie factory and one of the first in Spain. After years of excellent work, it combines the tradition, experience and knowledge of Cuétara’s master cookie makers.
The Artiach production center in Orozco opened in 1984. It replaced the old Bilbao factory in Ribera de Deusto, which had to be closed down in 1983, due to one of the most dramatic floods in Bilbao’s history that flooded all the complex’s facilities. Since then, it has been the group’s main factory, and it is where Artiach’s most iconic brands are produced.
The Gulpilhares plant is located in the north of Portugal, specifically in the village of Gulpilhares (Vila Nova de Gaia), approximately 13 km from the city of Porto. The land for the plant was purchased by Panrico in 1990, and ever since it has been used to produce Panrico brand sliced bread.
It is halfway between Lisbon and Porto, in the neighboring town of Pombal. It opened in 1973. This factory employs a traditional process to make cookies, preserving the know-how of many years. It is also a highly competitive plant in terms of the flexibility and quality of its products. Its production focuses on the Cuétara line of cookies.
